Flattering for the pear-shaped :)

This set was my first Whimsigirl purchase and I’m really happy with how comfortable it is. The top is a little big for me (I bought the S size and I have narrow shoulders and smaller upper body frame) but it’s perfect if I’m going for an oversized look. I’m 164 cm tall and the top falls to my upper thighs, covering my butt just nicely. Being pear shaped, my concern with oversized shirts have always been that they’re not long enough to cover the widest part of my body (hips) and that the tops give an illusion of a bulkier upper body. This was just the right length! I’ve worn the top alone with jeans and it works just great. The skirt is easy to tie and stays in place, also works with just a basic tee shirt for a laidback look. The set is truly versatile and worth the purchase.

Love love love my Homegirl set. The top and the skirt can be worn separately and matches most things in my wardrobe, and the fact that the knot skirt has lining is just *chef's kiss. Thanks Whimsigirl for always making things for the everyday girl in mind.
